VP of Sales

Alec V. Miller brings more than a decade of distinguished experience in commercial real estate, having successfully navigated over $500 million in transactions across brokerage and principal investment roles. His career reflects a consistent pattern of building high-performing teams, scaling operations, and driving exceptional growth in competitive markets. Beginning at Colliers International, he played an instrumental role in establishing what has evolved into the Columbus Retail Team, gaining deep expertise in retail real estate dynamics and demonstrating his ability to build specialized platforms from the ground up.

Transitioning to the principal side, Alec joined Schiff Capital Group as Vice President of Real Estate, where he managed their co-general partner platform, identifying and structuring joint ventures with premier operators throughout the Midwest and Southeast. Most recently at Passov Group, he contributed significantly to establishing their Central Ohio presence and market positioning. Working collaboratively with the leadership team, he helped drive impressive growth, with transaction volume increasing from $6 million in 2022 to $75 million in 2024; a more than 12-fold increase that reflects his contributions to business development and operational execution.

Throughout his career, Alec has developed a passion for organizational development, particularly in building teams and creating systems that enable them to thrive. He understands that sustainable success requires more than individual deal-making—it demands thoughtful recruitment, comprehensive training programs, and supportive infrastructure that empowers professionals to reach their full potential.

In his current role as Vice President of Sales, Alec leverages this philosophy to strengthen the brokerage team through strategic recruiting and structured training programs. His hands-on experience as both broker and principal allows him to mentor team members with practical insights on deal structuring, negotiation, and market positioning, making him an invaluable asset in driving organizational growth and professional development.
