Meir began his career in property management with EMH Realty Management, overseeing operations and maintenance for garden-style multifamily apartments in Columbus, Ohio. He then joined Shelbourne, a billion-dollar private equity fund based in New York, where he served as an asset manager responsible for a portfolio of office properties across Ohio.

In 2019, Meir transitioned to brokerage, joining Marcus & Millichap, where he quickly became a top performer. During his tenure, he earned several prestigious income achievement awards, including the National Achievement Award (NAA) and the Chairman’s Award in 2022. He was recognized as one of the Top 10 self-storage investment sales brokers at the firm in both 2022 and 2023.

In May 2023, Meir founded Grandstone Investment Sales with a focus on representing sellers of self-storage facilities across the eastern United States. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to include seven brokers, each trained by Meir and achieving success in their respective markets.
