Andy joins Grandstone Investment Sales with over two years of dedicated experience in self-storage brokerage and a proven track record of more than $25 million in closed transactions. Leveraging his market expertise and established momentum in the Greater Boston area, he now focuses on self-storage investment sales throughout the Northeast, specifically Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Notably, Andy spearheaded the record-breaking sale of the Class A Long Beach Storage Center in 2023, achieving the highest price per square foot in that competitive market during his tenure at SkyView Advisors.

His disciplined work ethic, strategic analytical skills, and ability to build strong client relationships continue to drive his success. Andy’s expertise in market analysis and deal execution makes him a valuable asset to both his clients and the Grandstone team.

Outside of work, Andy prioritizes quality time with his wife and community involvement in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he relocated from Los Angeles in 2024.
