Cameron joined Grandstone Investment Sales in the Fall of 2024, following a successful tenure at Lighthouse Storage as Acquisitions Manager, where he sourced over 240,000 NRSF in his first year and underwrote hundreds of deals, honing a strong expertise in self-storage. Before entering the self-storage industry, Cameron managed a large portfolio of industrial assets for Nashville’s prominent firm, Charles Hawkins Co. He also holds an MBA from Belmont University, sharpening his financial acumen.

At Grandstone, Cameron focuses on the Midwest markets, particularly Illinois and Wisconsin. His expertise spans both the investment and operational aspects of self-storage, allowing him to maximize asset value for owners. This dual insight makes him an invaluable broker, providing strategic guidance throughout the entire deal transaction process.

Outside of his professional life, Cameron is dedicated to his family and community. He and his wife are proud parents of one son. As an avid outdoorsman and hunter, Cameron finds peace in nature, often with a bow in hand. His faith in God serves as the foundation of everything he does, both personally and professionally.
