Patrick joined Grandstone Investment Sales in May 2025 and closed three deals in his first twelve months on the team. Before stepping into investment sales, he spent nearly five years at Adecco, one of the nation’s leading staffing firms, where he started as a recruiter and worked his way up to director of a new division he helped spearhead. Along the way, he earned annual recognition as one of the organization’s top producers and partnered with executives at numerous Fortune 500 companies to streamline their recruitment processes across their U.S. sites.

 

Today, Patrick is focused on the Texas self-storage market, where he brings the same organizational rigor, attention to detail, and problem-solving instincts he sharpened at Adecco. He works closely with Texas owners looking to sell their assets, guiding them through every step to ensure a smooth transaction.

 

Outside of work, Patrick is intentional about carving out time for his wife and three kids. As a family, they love being outdoors — whether that’s hiking, hitting the park, or playing games together. When he has a moment to himself, you’ll find Patrick exercising, fishing, golfing, or working on his newest pursuit: learning to bow hunt.
